"Gradial" is a variable gradient typeface. It's readable through through the transition between light and dark shading not through a shape outline separating fore- and background. It comes with multiple variable axis and is a work in progress. Thin to Extended, Regular to Italic, and Regular to Encrypted where readability dissolves into an abstract gradient visual.
Variability is achieved via the new ColrV1 font format which allows gradient fill to be transformable. Chrome and Firefox are able to render it with fully functionality, Safari is able to render a static version exported as an SVG Color Font (not variable). This static version can also be used in Adobe programs.
